In praise of … Time Out Break Reminders

I have quite unpleasant repetitive strain injury from three decades of keyboard use in awkward positions. This delightful app from Dejal Systems enables me to schedule compulsory breaks during which my screen fades to a slow fly-through a field of fantastical flowers and I take a couple of deep breaths and stretch out my wrists.

Best of all, I invariably find that when I hit the keys once more the word I have spent 10 minutes searching for just appears, out of nowhere. Magic!

Must be the psychedelic flowers.
